Property Redevelopment Workshop Monday, July 25th

Free Workshop in-person or on-line from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT at the Gogebic-Ontonagon Intermediate School District in Bergland, Michigan. This workshop is to understand the necessary tools used to develop land bank and brownfield sites for housing. Anyone interested in redevelopment should attend this workshop!

Presentations and case studies from: WUPPDR, MEDC, MSHDA, Michigan State Land Bank Authority, EGLE, EPA, Marquette County Land Bank, and KEDA.
